At Abib, we strive for the perfection of your skin's health; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on products in their original, sealed packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unopened Abib products in their original box or a secure shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
